Our recruitment process
When working with SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE, a specialised Recruitment Consultant will be assigned to you and will take full ownership of your recruitment needs. He/She will manage all the steps in the recruitment process, something we call A to Z responsibility.
You will find below a simplified outline of the recruitment cycle.
The three recruitment formulas for SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE:
Formula 1: Professional (evaluated by the MOF)
A good French professional selected from our network of potential candidates. SAF and one of the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France “member of SAF organisation of the concerned profession will carry out a technical evaluation of the candidate and will select the one which will suit you best. With this formula, you are sure to have a professional capable of managing his team, innovate and improve his services.
Formula 2: Advanced professional (finalist of the competition: “Bocuse d’or”, MOF, World Cup, etc. or excellent professional)
An excellent French professional or finalist of one of the most important competitions. With this formula, we guarantee you to obtain the best French candidate available. SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE and one of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France in the concerned craft, will carry out a technical evaluation of the candidate and will select the one which will suit you best.
Formula 3: level of excellence, winner of competition(s)
An exceptional French professional, having worked in the most renowned establishments (depending on the profession) and rewarded by one of the most important craft competitions such as the “Bocuse d’Or”, “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, Michelin star , world champion (…). SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE is the only agency in the world capable of proposing candidates of this level. Having a staff with a title of excellence in an establishment is the best possible competitive advantage.
Recruiting through SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE begins with an interview with one of our recruitment consultants. This first contact allows us to identify your requirements and priorities when looking for a new employee, including the skills you are looking for, the salary package, your corporate culture and the type of contract you want to do.
The search and selection of talents
SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE offers three recruitment options. For the first formula, the assessment of the technical skills of candidates is done by one of our Recruitment Consultants (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). The other two formulas present candidates who have already been assessed either by being a finalist in business competitions or by holding a title of excellence such as the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
Selection of candidates
After our initial selection process, we will present three candidates for formula 1 and one candidate for formulas 2 and 3 due to the scarcity of profiles. If you reject the candidate proposed for formulas 2 and 3, we will have to restart the full search and review together the salary and other conditions proposed.
Interview with the client
During this stage, you have the opportunity to remotely interview the candidates in order to assess if they match your company culture and the profile you are looking for. In this case, we will both conduct the interview so as to ensure that we understand the issues, particularly in non-French-speaking countries.
Following the successful interview, the client will lead the negotiations with the successful candidate. But we will have previously reflected together on the most suitable salary package and plan a perfect integration into your organization.
