It depends on the level of the candidates and whether or not he/she has a title of excellence (MOF …). We offer 3 recruitment levels: (1) A professional level with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, (2) an advanced level with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience who is also finalist of a competition of excellence and (3) an excellence level with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience who is also an excellence competition winner (World champion, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Bocuse d’Or, etc.)

The training system, supplemented by an apprenticeship of 3 to 5 years, is recognized as one of the most effective in the world. The professions are challenged in France by numerous competitions of excellence such as the competition for “Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) / Best French Craftsmen”, Michelin, Gault and Millau, Bocuse d’or etc., which push true lovers of the profession to surpass themselves.
