Who we are?

SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE (SAF) is an organization which brings together the best French artisans known as “Meilleur Ouvrier de France M.O.F. (Best french craftsmen)” (best Chef, best Baker, best Gardener in France among 240 trades) for international missions and projects. SAF also brings together the world champions of crafts.

SAF relies on its MOF network to manage an international recruitment agency specializing in artisanal human resources for luxury hotels.

PROFESSIONAL: with a minimum 5 years of professional experience, know-how evaluated by a “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (best French chef, etc.), member of the SAF network,

ADVANCED: talented craftsman, excellence competition finalist of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, Bocuse d’Or, world champion (…)

EXCELLENCE: extremely talented craftsman, competition winner like “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, Michelin starred chef, Bocuse d’Or, world craft champion, etc.
